Trial, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery before making a payment.
If there are any size issues, defects, or if the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase, they should return the product immediately to the delivery agent.

If a customer accepts delivery but later discovers a defect or size issue, they must notify Pixie Mafia within 48 hours. After reviewing the case, Pixie Mafia will inform the customer of the appropriate resolution.

Refunds are only granted if the received item is defective and a replacement is not available. In all other cases, customers will be offered an exchange for an item of equal value or store credit for future purchases.

Delivery Timelines:

Standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

• Within Dhaka: 1-2 days
• Outside Dhaka: 4-5 days
